Realside Ovest is an integrated investment, property development, and property management business – formed through the collaboration of Realside Financial Group and Hero Property Management.

The Realside Financial Group (RFG) is an investment firm specialising in unlisted property, asset finance and structured equity. The RFG team combines expertise developed over 20 years, and in excess of $2 billion worth in completed private market investments.

Hero Property Management is a fully integrated development and asset management business focused on the industrial sector of Western Australia, comprising approximately 150,000m2 net-lettable area, servicing large tenants that include Infrabuild, Minprovise, Schlam Group, and UGL.

Realside Ovest brings together over 60 years of combined industrial property development, property management, and investment management expertise.

The team was recognised at a state level during the 2022 WA Property Awards, receiving the award for the Best Industrial Development.

We are proud to say that since our inception in early 2021, we have already acquired 9 properties, signed 8 new tenants, and are well on the way to developing a portfolio that includes over 100,000 sqm of lettable area. These early successes are a testament to the strength of our business model, and our ongoing dedication to putting our clients first.
